Marlon Mosby is a Recording Artist and Live Performer in the Eastern NC area. He is a trumpet player with over 25 years of experience, specializing in contemporary Jazz, R&B, NeoSoul, and Gospel. His early years were spent primarily playing in church and school bands. Over the years, he developed a true ear for music which gave him a passion for Jazz and Improv. As an adult, Marlon began to pursue music professionally, performing locally in Easter NC and surrounding areas, and recording/collaborating with many other artists over the years. His sound has been described as Soulful, Powerful, Moving, and Effortless to name a few. Marlon is the featured trumpet player in bands such as Port City Shakedown, Marlon Mosby Trio, We Love 2 Funk, and other local collaborations such as The NiteCap and The Coastal Collective. His debut solo album entitled "Unspoken" is his latest musical accomplishment. Its available now on all streaming platforms.
